STADA focuses and sells its products in approximately 120 countries**About the Role**:
- You will gain exposure to senior stakeholders both locally and globally and your remit will involve monthly travel to our UK sites and quarterly travel to Europe.- On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Setting & owning the delivery of the Business Systems IT Strategy.
- Delivering & effectively managing the Application Life Cycle Management.
- Leading, developing and coaching a small service-oriented team that delivers exceptional solutions & results.

- A solid track record in Business Systems Management delivery role, (with a high focus in SAP ECC6 / ERP & digitalisation) with experience in Business Transformation Programme.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a multi-site team in a fast-paced Manufacturing /FMCG environment.
- Well developed communication and influencing skills with the ability to articulate information to senior stakeholders and technical audiences and deliver a customer focused service through others to the internal stakeholder group.
