**Regional Program Management Lead (gn)**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide the key link for the region to the PT Director of Program Management to assure deployment and uniformity of the PM process, best practices and ensure successful delivery.
- Lead regional Program Management (PM) team and Program/Launch Coordinators at the plants.
- Supervise and help train their PM team in the PT/Dana Global PM process.
- Active involvement in breaking bottlenecks and problem resolution to facilitate the successful launch of programs in his/her region.
- Assure the completion of all PM processes such as Stage Gate reviews, Program Launch Status updates including reporting, regional meetings and, customer milestone measurables with accompanying root cause and corrective actions.
- Identify non-conformances and problems and aid in facilitating the resolution of these for all regional programs as needed using systemic root cause analysis (5Why, 8D, Ishikawa Diagram, etc.).
- Work with other disciplines and departments to achieve Product Group and Corporate goals and continual improvement of all processes as it pertains to program launch performance.
- Assure the completion of PM tools such as Master Schedules, Supplier and Program Risk Assessments, Capacity Studies/Trial Run & Exception List, Tooling Kick-off Checklist, APQP Status Reports, Lessons Learned, Customer Surveys, EH&S reviews, Launch Status Reports, Stage Gates, and Proforma Trackers.
- Identify and resolve project issues using a systemic root cause analysis.
- Liaison with customer regarding program issues, including participation in their meetings.
- Plan and identify required staffing need, inputs on capital and startup expenses to alignment with AOP/LRP projections for all programs / plants within the region.
- The LPM may also have to serve in a Program Manager capacity and be a working manager from time to time as required.
- Present to Executive Management status of key Dana programs as required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree/diploma in Engineering, Business, or technical field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience performing program management within the automotive industry.
- PMI certification considered as plus.
- Solid multi-disciplined background.
- Excellent organizational leadership, follow-up, and time management skills; competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making; assertive/aggressive completing assignments and other responsibilities at a Senior Management Level.
- Ability to coordinate activities inter-company and with multiple departments such as Engineering, Operations, Accounting, Sales, Purchasing, Quality, etc.
- Excellent communication (both written and oral) and presentation skills in English and regional native language. Other languages will be considered a plus (German, Spanish, Chinese, French).
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 Suite (i.e., MS Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in understanding Engineering drawings, GD&T, and technical specifications.
- Excellent knowledge of APQP and program management techniques.
- A solid understanding of financial analysis concepts and budget management.
- Ability to successfully function in a matrix style of management.
- Experience as a customer contact.
- Focused on exceeding expectations and comfortable with working independently.
- Proactively drives change and seeks opportunity for improvements.
- A passion to take ownership and deliver as both leader and member in a winning and supportive team environment.
