**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Als Technical Product Owner / Proxy Product Owner (all genders) bist du nicht nur für die technische Beratung unserer Kunden zuständig, sondern verantwortest auch die Umsetzung von Projekten, während des kompletten Entwicklungsprozesses; vom Erstkontakt bis hin zum Go Live und darüber hinaus.
- Du bist Stellvertreter*in der diconium-Teams sowie des tatsächlichen POs auf Kundenseite, übersetzt Business Cases zwischen beiden Gruppierungen und gibst Empfehlungen ab.
- Im Sparring mit dem Project Manager ("go to person") überzeugst du mit deiner fachlichen Expertise bereits in der PreSales-Phase sowie im Requierements Engineering, verstehst und verargumentierst technische Lösungen und erkennst deren Risiken - dies auf der Lösungsseite, indem Du die Architektur mitverantwortet und diese noch besser machst.
- Du gehst ins fachliche Sparring mit den Entwicklungsteams hinsichtlich der Anforderungen sowie Testing (Akzeptanzkriterien) und programmierst gerne auch selbst mal mit, sodass du immer am Puls der Praxis bleibst.
- Du trägst proaktiv zum internen Wissenstransfer bei und stärkst den technologischen Kompetenzaufbau im Team.

**Dein Profil**:

- Du begeisterst dich für agile Projektstrukturen, neue methodische Ansätze sowie einen zeitgemäßen Technologien-Stack.
- Du kannst mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung als Technical Product Owner, Proxy Product Owner oder Softwareentwickler*in vorweisen; gerne im SAFe-Umfeld oder im agilen Automotive-Kontext.
- Dein hast starke Methodenkenntnisse und beherrschst das Handwerkszeug bzgl. technischer Anforderungen, Lösungsansätze auf Architekturebene sowie Implementierungen.
- Du bist bist mehr als nur Technik-affin, kommunikationsstark und hast Spaß an der technischen Beratung von Kunden.
- Wünschenswert, aber kein Muss: Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich IT.
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
