**Position Overview**
Kommen Sie zu uns und unterstützen Sie unser Corporate Team in München in einer spannenden und verantwortungsvollen Aufgabe
**Ihre Aufgaben**
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Team der Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Bangalore, Indien) und den lokalen Einkäufern und Lieferanten in der deutschen Region zusammen, um die rechtzeitige Bearbeitung und Zahlung von Rechnungen innerhalb von 30 Tagen sicherzustellen
- Sie öffnen, sortieren und scannen täglich die im Münchner Büro eingehende Post und versenden Kopien der Korrespondenz per E-Mail an die zuständigen Kolleg:innen in der gesamten EMEA-Region
- Sie geben gescannte Rechnungen in Kofax (Scansystem) ein, das mit Ariba (Zahlungsgenehmigungssystem) verknüpft ist, und leiten diese zur Bearbeitung an das RL Bangalore Accounts Payable Team weiter
- Sie unterstützen das Unternehmen bei der Anlage neuer Lieferanten, der Erstellung von Bestellungen und der Kodierung von Rechnungen nach Bedarf
- Sie überwachen proaktiv unsere Systemberichte über offene Rechnungen, um sicherzustellen, dass umgehend Maßnahmen für Rechnungen ergriffen werden, bei denen es Diskrepanzen gibt
**Ihr Profil**
- Erste Berufserfahrung, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Unterstützung der Zahlungsabwicklung/Verwaltungsunterstützung
- Proaktiv, detailorientiert, mit einem problemlösungsorientierten Ansatz
- Gute Kommunikation mit internen Geschäftspartnern und externen Anbietern
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Freude an der Arbeit in einem Team
- Fähigkeit, sich an ein sich veränderndes Umfeld anzupassen und selbständig zu arbeiten
- Fließende Sprachkenntnisse in Englisch und Deutsch
