Wir suchen für unseren wachsenden Geschäftsbereich Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) in befristeter Anstellung für 14 Monate einen **Facilities Coordinator **(m/w/d) in **München **zur Verstärkung unseres Industrie Services Teams.

Bei GWS helfen wir unseren Kunden, ihre Gewerbeimmobilien, Produktionsstätten und technischen Anlagen sicher, energie
- und kosteneffizient zu betreiben (Facility Management), umzuwidmen oder umzubauen (Projektmanagement). Deutschlandweit betreuen unsere operativen Mitarbeiter mehr als 100 internationale Unternehmen, schwerpunktmäßig aus den Branchen Industrie, Life Sciences, Finanzen, Technologie und Logistik an ca. 450 Kundenstandorten.

WAS SIE BEI UNS BEWEGEN KÖNNEN:

- Managen und Koordination der Dienstleistungen vor Ort und Sicherstellung, dass alle Dienstleistungen entsprechend den Anforderungen umgesetzt werden
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Event Operations Manager und proaktive Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Events (z.B. Koordination, Organisation und auch Problembehebung)
- Enge Kommunikation mit dem Team und Unterstützung bei der Bereitstellung eines angenehmen Arbeitsumfeldes
- Aktives Management und Leitung von Initiativen zur Umsetzung globaler Strategien und Ausrichtung auf aktuelle Themen wie Vielfalt, Nachhaltigkeit und Integration in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kundenteam
- Umsetzung von Servicestandards und dessen Überwachung, um die Erwartungen zu erfüllen. Sowohl als auch immer nach der Suche nach neuen Möglichkeiten zur Verbesserung der Effizienz im gesamten Servicebetrieb.

WELCHE STÄRKEN SIE EINSETZEN:

- Erfahrungen im Veranstaltungsmanagement, Projektmanagement oder Gebäudemanagement sind von Vorteil
- Stärken in Teamfähigkeit
- Kundenorientiertes Handeln, Engagement am Standort und Hands-on Mentalität
- Gute kommunikative und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
- Deutsch und Englisch Niveau B2 oder vergleichbar
- Eigenmotivation und Organisationstalent
- Erfahrung mit Programmen wie Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) und auch Interesse daran neues in der Nutzung dieser Programme kennen zu lernen
