- Defines/applies global KPIs and deploys KPI/based service performance monitoring.
- Monitors customers' and users' needs, expectations and key business drivers.
- Defines and/or implements/maintains and continuously enhances standard operational processes and productivity.
- Ensures effective knowledge and best practice sharing across the service delivery organization.
- Drives and/or supports development, implementation and improvement of global IT solutions.
- Coordinates and/or liaises with external service providers and monitors their performance against respective SLAs.
- Manages special projects including carve-in and carve-outs.
- Decides on personnel resource allocation and is responsible for the management of related budget planning and reporting.
- Manages and coordinates the assigned organization(s), leads all related team leaders, professionals and operations employees.

What you need to make a difference

Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for
- Several years of professional and management experience in the areas of payroll / HR administration or HR operations
- Completed training with a business orientation as well as sound knowledge of payroll accounting and German labor, social and tax law
- Experience in international and complex matrix organizations including cooperation with German Workers Councils
- Experience with and outsourcing vendor management is required
- Previous experience with HR Tool Workday is a big plus
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to partner a wide audience at local and international level
- Experience leading a team would be highly appreciated
- Flexibility and agile way of working to keep up with the speed of our organization
- Proven experience in line management as a change pioneer
- Fluent skills in German and English (Speaking and writing)
