What’s It Like To Work Here?
This position will report to Manager Demand Planning & Logistics. The holder of this position should support in all daily Operations of Supply Chain with focus on Supply inbound activities for our 3rd party logistics provider as well as Material Master Data maintenance.
Meaningful Work From Day One
- Logistics / Warehousing:_- Manage dedicated inbound processes at all warehouses (LSP)- Primary contact for any issues related with customs clearance, ensuring the smoothness of customs process- Primary contact for organizing and aligning wet goods transfers to and from other countries (SAP orders, deliveries, communication with LSP)- Management of pick ups with Logistic provider- Wet goods transfer between warehouses (also bonded and T1 storages)- Responsible for identifying need for new interfaces, testing with LSP and IT- Sample order requests in cooperation with Marketing and Customer Service- Booking of stock transfers- Pallet administration and pallet management in cooperation with LSP- Processing of defective sales IDOCs- Support in clarifying of inventory lists / internal warehouse transfers / cycle counts
- Article Maintenance:_- SAP: SKU Data Maintenance and set up (wet and dry goods)- Bill of Material Maintenance and set up- Set up inventory activities- Set up new SKUs- Responsible for Recycling and Lucid Data- Prepare logistic data for Sales department- Cooperation with headquarter in LVL regarding SKU set up- Article maintenance in all relevant tools (e.g. GS1, DPG)- Work on product and food safety certificates- Be first contact for all questions regarding LMIV and labelling
- Co-Packing:_- Selecting obsolete dry goods and destroying theM/Finding way to still use them- Set up and maintenance of production part lists for value added packs- Creating and posting of production orders for subcontracting SKUs- Coordinator between all relevant shareholder (Customer Service, Trade Marketing, Sales, Purchasing and LSP)
- Reporting:_- Perform a daily stock check with LSP and in online shop, clarify differences- Support Supply Chain Specialist (Demand Planning) in terms of monthly KPI Reporting- Continuous improvement of logistic processes related to position- Support team in optimizing global processes consumer complaints- Ad hoc reporting in SAP and Excel
We Are Looking For People Who
Education: College/University (Bachelors or Equivalent); Commercial / Business
Certifications: Apprenticeship in commercial profession
Experience: at least 3 years post qualified experience in the field of logistics
