**Deine Aufgabe**:
- Du arbeitest in enger Kollaboration mit dem Employee Relations Team und berätst die Personalabteilung sowie Delivery Hero’s Führungskräfte zu allen Themen des kollektiven Arbeitsrechts, bist Ansprechperson und verlässlicher Business Partner;
- Du unterstützt interdisziplinäre Projekte wie die Verhandlung und Erstellung von Betriebsvereinbarungen, die Entwicklung von Leitlinien innerhalb des Unternehmens in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Betriebsrat sowie die Etablierung von Prozessen rund um die Arbeit mit dem Betriebsrat und den jeweiligen Ausschüssen;
- Du gibst Schulungen zum kollektiven Arbeitsrecht innerhalb des Unternehmens und bereitest entsprechende Materialien vor;
- Du kümmerst dich selbstständig um kollektivarbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen und arbeitest dabei mit anderen Abteilungen, z. B. mit unserem Datenschutzteam oder der Personalabteilung, interdisziplinär zusammen;
- Du koordinierst arbeitsrechtliche Beratung mit externen Anwaltskanzleien;
- Du behältst die Gesetzesänderungen und politische Initiativen im Bereich Arbeitsrecht und angrenzenden Rechtsgebieten im Blick und Du arbeitest mit unserem Public Policy Team zusammen, um unsere regulatorischen Interessen zu wahren.
**Qualifications** Deine heldenhaften Fähigkeiten**:
- Du hast beide juristischen Staatsexamina mit Erfolg absolviert;
- Du hast bereits Erfahrungen im kollektiven Arbeitsrecht und in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem deutschen Betriebsrat, entweder als Inhouse Counsel in einem großen, internationalen Unternehmen (bevorzugt aus der Technologiebranche) oder durch die Tätigkeit in einer renommierten Anwaltskanzlei gesammelt (2-4 Jahre);
- Ein Fachanwaltstitel im Arbeitsrecht wäre von Vorteil;
- Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch (Unternehmenssprache ist Englisch);
- Du bist in der Lage, adressatengerecht, klar und effizient zu kommunizieren, sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich;
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer mit hervorragenden zwischenmenschlichen Fähigkeiten;
- Deine außergewöhnlichen Analyse
- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten helfen Dir dabei, komplexe Aufgaben rechtlich korrekt, aber pragmatisch, zeitnah und business orientiert zu lösen;
- Du bist kreativ (out of the box thinking) und belastbar;
- Du arbeitest selbständig, selbstorganisiert und in hohem Maße engagiert.
