Für unsere Abteilung Verteilung Vervielfältigungsrecht, Online und Ausland (VT-VOA) in der Direktion Vervielfältigung, Business Services & COE Verteilung am Standort München suchen wir ab sofort eine/einen Distribution Administrator (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Stunden/Woche). Die Abteilung VT-VOA ist zuständig für die Verteilung der Tantiemen an die Mitglieder. Insbesondere für Tonträger (z. B. CDs, Vinyl), Bildtonträger (z. B. DVDs, Blu-ray), Online-Nutzungen wie Musik
- und Video-Downloads/Streams (z. B. von Spotify, Netflix, Amazon, Apple) und Online-Plattformen (z. B. YouTube, Facebook) sowie Tantiemen für GEMA-Mitglieder für alle Bereiche aus dem Ausland.

**Hier spielt die Musik - Ihr Einsatzgebiet**:

- Erledigung von Anteilkorrekturen mithilfe des GEMA eigenen Korrektur-, Recherche
- und Werke-Dokumentationssystems, des internationalen Werke-Dokumentationssystems und des Internets
- Monitoring der Verteilungen Phono VR, BT VR und Online und bei den entsprechenden Eingaben und Kontrollen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen in Excel
- Mitarbeit bei der Qualitätssicherung, Analyse sowie Weiterentwicklung der Geschäftsprozesse im Rahmen der Identifikation von Optimierungs
- und Skalierungspotenzialen und selbstständiges Vorantreiben der Umsetzung daraus abgeleiteter Maßnahmen
- Mitarbeit bei der Konzeption und Durchführung von Verteilungstests inklusive strukturierter, nachvollziehbarer Dokumentation
- Mitarbeit bei der Analyse und Abstimmung von Anforderungen an die Verteilungssoftware mit Fachexperten, Entwicklungsteams und Projektmanagern im Hinblick auf die Harmonisierung und Optimierung der Verteilungsprozesse
- Mitarbeit und Unterstützung bei der fachlichen Einbindung bestehender bzw. Implementierung neuer IT-Systeme in die Abteilungsprozesse
- Projektmitarbeit, insbesondere bei der Erbringung von fachlichen Anforderungen und Testfällen in die neue Systemlandschaft der GEMA

**Stimmig - Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Praxisorientiertes Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbarer Studiengänge oder kaufmännische Ausbildung mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung
- Gute Kenntnisse der Verteilungsprozesse und Systeme der GEMA
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office-Tools und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Logisches und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie Fähigkeit zum kritischen Hinterfragen von Abläufen und komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine vernetzte Denkweise
- Verantwortungsbewusstes und unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Eigeninitiative
- Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, IT-Affinität und eine gute Kommunikations
