**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Als Spezialist ür Red Hat Ansible Automation Plattformen mit Schwerpunkt im Bereich der IT-Automatisierung.

Du konzipierst und realisierst Plattformen zur Bereitstellung und Verwaltung von IT-Infrastrukturen, basierend auf der Red Hat Automation Plattform und anderen IBM Produkten. Hierbei arbeitest Du selbständig und selbstverantwortlich mit Fachexperten und IT-Mitarbeitern unserer Kunden und Kollegen aus verschiedensten Branchen und Disziplinen zusammen. Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Fachexperten zusammen, um deine Erfahrungen hinsichtlich der Red Hat Ansible Welt in Richtung Kunden zu transportieren und die richtigen und belastbaren Entscheidungen für die Automatisierung von IT- Landschaften zu treffen. Dazu bringst Du Neugierde und Offenheit mit, dich über die Technik hinaus mit dem Geschäft und den Herausforderungen des Kunden zu beschäftigen.

Folgende Aufgaben wirst Du übernehmen:

- Konzeption von Automatisierungslösungen in komplexen Umgebungen mit Hilfe von Red Hat Ansible
- Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Konfigurationsmanagement, Deployments, Orchestrierung und Security Automation
- Installation und Konfiguration der Red Hat Ansible Automation Plattform
- Nutzung von Cloud-native Entwicklungsparadigmen und -tools
- Durchführung von Workshops mit Kundenmitarbeitern aus IT und Fachbereich
- Dein Wissen und deine Erfahrung an deine Kunden weiterzugeben, um sie in Red Hat Ansible fit zu machen

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Nachgewiesene Kenntnisse der RedHat Ansible Automation Platform
- Einschlägige Erfahrung in der Bereitstellung und Konfiguration komplexer Infrastrukturen
- Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden
- Ganzheitlicher Blick auf Software-Engineering
- Zielgerichtete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Freude in der Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und Kollegen
- Fließende Beherrschung der Deutschen und Englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Konzipierung von Automationslösungen in komplexen Umgebungen
- Erfahrungen mit der Strukturierung und Umsetzung von Konfigurationsmanagement, Deployments, Orchestrierung und Security Automation
- Installation und Konfiguration der RedHat Ansible Automation Platform
- Vertrautheit mit Cloud-native Entwicklungsparadigmen und -tools
