**Deputy Director Product Owner Digital Platform (M/F/d)**

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Prioritize, define, and write product requirements, and collaborate closely with business and technical teams to commercially launch our digital platform.
- Responsible for translating product vision, wireframes, concepts, and mockups into product requirements consumable by our software developers.
- Define product requirements, test cases, and exit criteria for product features, function, and content.
- Organize and prioritize product backlog to maximize releasable content to our customers.
- Understand end user behaviors, wants, unmet needs, and key behaviors.
- Extract, retrieve information, and data sets to improve software and end user digital experience.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with venture leads, designers, researchers, medical advisors, and engineers.
- Define a market leading roadmap for our digital health Platform.
- Lead daily scrum and or other meetings to maximize productivity and velocity for our software teams.
- Find innovative ways to solve complex problems.
- Provide input and or analyses for built, buy, and partner decisions.
- Be objective, flexible, and pragmatic in the product planning Processes.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- Bachelor/Master's degree in computer science or some other related major required.
- Several years of experience in a matrixed, global, software and product management organizations.
- Prior product management experience overseeing the roadmap of a digital platform.
- Experience with a variety of different software development methodologies (such as Scrum, Agile, etc.).
- Ability to discuss product and technical concepts, manage trade offs in roadmap management, and propose new ideas to internal/external stakeholders.
- Must have an understanding of technology landscape, source technologies, and pro s and con s of different solutions.
- Working knowledge of different healthcare specific integrations.
- Successful track record of defining and launching platform driven digital businesses.
- Know how to navigate complex technical organizations.
- Must be familiar with the Pragmatic Marketing Framework.
