In Ihrer Rolle als Head of Instrumentation and Controll (m/w/d) leiten Sie die gesamte Region Center of Europe (COE) in allen Projekt
- und Angebotsanfragen für Prozessautomation und Gebäudemanagementautomation. Durch den engen Austausch mit unseren Kunden sind Sie in der Lage, Anforderungen genau zu analysieren und in unserer Planung umzusetzen. Als Führungskraft sind Sie nah am Geschäft und können wichtige Themen mit unserem Head of Engineering and Design vorantreiben. - Sie bauen die neue Abteilung Instrumentation and Control innerhalb von Exyte Central Europe (CE) auf, um technische Kapazitäten in der Prozess
- und Gebäudeautomatisierung aufzubauen-
- Sie bereiten eine Abteilungsstrategie vor, die sich auf den Umfang der I&C-Projekte und die Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter bezieht-
- Sie beaufsichtigen und verwalten die Ressourcenplanung und den Ressourceneinsatz in den entsprechenden Niederlassungen innerhalb von CE-
- Sie führen "Cold Eye Reviews" bei Projekten im Bereich I&C durch-
- Sie tragen zum Angebotsmanagement und - Prüfung bei-
- Sie überblicken die Leistung bei der Projektdurchführung und leiten bei Bedarf Korrekturmaßnahmen ein-
- Sie arbeiten auch aktiv als I&C Senior Engineer in Projekten mit, leiten und kontrollieren externe Engineering-Subunternehmer oder Bau-Subunternehmer**Zeigen Sie Ihre Kompetenzen**:
- Erfahrung in einem komplexen technischen Umfeld wie Prozessautomatisierung und Leittechnik sowie eine technische Ausbildung (z.B. Technischer Ingenieur, BSc, Techniker oder BEng)-
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse in Baurecht, VOB, Regelwerk und Technik sowie über Führungserfahrung in der Baubranche-
- Mit Ihrem breiten Wissen aus vielen inter-/multinationalen Projekten überzeugen Sie durch Ihr tiefes technisches Wissen über komplexe Vorhaben, Erfahrung in der Planung und Realisierung von Prozessleit
- und Prozessautomatisierungslösungen sowie der Inbetriebnahme von LSC-Anlagen-
- Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung und Konzeption von SPS-Hard
- und Software sowie in der Automatisierungssoftware von Siemens, Yokogawa, On/Off und ABB runden Ihr Profil ab.-
- Als Leiter Ihres Teams sind Sie ein aktiver, positiver und unterstützender Mitarbeiter, der Konsens herstellt und Konflikte löst, aber auch Menschen ermöglicht, ihre Fähigkeiten und Fertigkeiten zu entwickeln-
- Sie sind kundenorientiert, bauen langfristige Beziehungen zu Kunden auf und verstehen es auch, Ihr Netzwerk innerhalb des Unternehmens auszubauen.-
- Sie verfügen über gute mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache und beeindrucken durch Ihre außergewöhnlichen Organisations
