**About Your Future Team**

The Team Lead Operations role is a pivotal role for **Digital Assets GmbH**. They lead an Operations Team who are responsible for enabling operational excellence across all aspects of the customer experience of our Digital Assets products. They also report directly to the Managing Directors and support them on the overall smooth operations of the legal entity.

**Your Role**:

- Set up, manage and optimize non-technical processes related to the on-going operations of the product in a secure and effective manner
- Identify potential areas of inefficiency, redundancy, bottlenecked progress or scaling challenges and find a path to resolution
- Bring structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous operational issues that will arise for the first time
- Manage central operations related to the legal entity Digital Assets GmbH such as the management of Board Meetings or topics related to our Crypto Custody license.
- Drive data related topics for the Digital Assets product group, enabling our teams to take a data driven approach to their work

**What You Should Bring Along**:

- You are motivated by our Digital Assets mission and creating a seamless operations area to scale
- You have 3+ years of Operations experience, ideally in the (Fin-)Tech, Crypto or Blockchain or Security sector
- You have a structured approach to work and can be relied upon to manage deliverables critical to the operations of the company
- You are a natural problem solver with a proactive communication style
- You are able to easily move between being hands-on with operational details and having a strategic view of the overall operations
- You are fluent in English and ideally, in German
