- **Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage cross-functional, fully integrated planning processes.
- Analyze potential issues with supply chain and mitigate risk.
- Conduct capacity planning, scheduling, procurement, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with other departments to determine supply needs.
- Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations departments.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
- Be accountable for the forecasting (Demand) and Supply Planning.
- Be responsible for ordering the products needed either in our own factories or contract manufacturers.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Commercial team in terms of supply chain and challenge them when needed.
- Be responsible for the inventory control.
- Coordinate with logistics and factory planner to ensure inventory stays within the lower and upper limits of the policy.
- Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company.
- Be aware of the demand the products had historically to plan and coordinate the supply based on this information.

**Experience profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Supply Planner in a similar sector.
- Proficiency in German and English.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities, as well as a high degree of autonomy and networking will be needed to succeed in this role.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Experience with supply chain management software AP Modules and MS Office.)
- Critical thinker and problem-solving.
- Team Player.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
