**Specialist Identity & Access Management (IAM) / Specialist Application Management (m/w/d)**:
**Das sind Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Beratung von Fachbereichen und Applikationsverantwortlichen zu IAM-Themen, inklusive Anwender-Support und Prozessoptimierung
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Berechtigungsdokumentation in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen
- Onboarding neuer Applikationen, Pflege bestehender Applikationen/Rollenmodelle im IAM-Tool
- Durchführung regelmäßiger Kontrollen (z.B. Rezertifizierungen) zur Sicherstellung von Prozess
- und Datenqualität
- Betrieb, Administration und Optimierung der IAM-Lösung Omada, Mitarbeit in IAM-Projekten sowie Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Audits

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Bereich IAM - idealerweise mit Omada bzw. vergleichbaren Werkzeugen
- Erfahrung mit Ticket
- und IT Service Management Tools
(z.B. JIRA, ServiceNow) sowie Datenbank-/SQL-Kenntnisse (insbesondere MS SQL Server)
- Grundlegendes Verständnis der gesetzlichen Grundlagen und Informationssicherheits-/Datenschutzstandards bei Banken
(z.B. MaRisk, BAIT, ISO 27001)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Technikthemen verständlich zu vermitteln
- Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Problemlösungskompetenz sowie erste Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement
