Der Local Master Data Specialist (LMDM), berichtet an den Head Supply Chain /Market Opeartions, Berlin und ist für das komplette Preismanagement innerhalb von SAP für die Vertriebsorganisationen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz sowie die Kundenstammdatenerstellung im MDG-Tool für die DACH-Länder verantwortlich.

Dazu gehören unterstützende Aktivitäten für TBS für kommerzielle Organisationen für die DACH-Länder.

**Ihre **Hauptverantwortlichkeiten**:
Preiserstellung und -pflege innerhalb von SAP gemäß den bewährten Anforderungen der Handelsorganisationen aus Deutschland, der Schweiz und Österreich.
- Erstellung oder Pflege von Kundenstammdaten in SAP oder MDG in enger Zusammenarbeit mit TBS. Die Erstellung von Kundenstammdaten muss im Vorfeld überprüft und genehmigt werden.
- Unterstützung von TBS bezüglich SEPA-Mandats und Kundenkontoclearing.
- Erstellung von Preisänderungsdokumentationen
- Vorbereitung von Kundenstammdatenänderungen/pflege
- Unterstützung der regelmäßigen Kundenverifizierung gemäß SOP
- Wirkung durch erfolgreiche Führung und Entwicklung von Plänen basierend auf einem fundierten Verständnis des externen Marktes, interner Anforderungen und der Fähigkeit, den Markt zu bestimmen und dann zu nutzen.
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Initiativen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung (einschließlich Lean Sigma/Operational Excellence)
- Fähigkeit, „über den Tellerrand hinaus“ zu denken und mit dem globalen Vertrieb bestens vertraut zu sein
- Kenntnisse über verschiedene Aspekte der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften, die sich auf eine pharmazeutische Lieferkette auswirken. Dies kann GxP-Überlegungen und Vorschriften zu kontrollierten Substanzen umfassen
- Abwicklung kontrollierter Medikamentenlieferungen - gesteuert über Kundenstammdaten Technisches Wissen

**Ihr Profil**:

- Studium / Ausbildung in SAP, Technik, IT oder im Vergleich
- Umfassendes SAP MM- und SD-Know-how
- Produktkenntnisse über die in den DACH-Ländern gelieferten Produkte sind von Vorteil
- Offenheit, Engagement und Freude an Teamarbeit und Vermittlung von Wissen
- Sehr gute Kommunikations und Präsentations Fähigkeiten
- Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute IT und MS-Office Kenntnisse
