Main responsibilities:

- Supporting and conducting research in the topic area of ‘personality and entrepreneurship’.
- Handling of a large household survey (SOEP).
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn the usage of Stata and/or R as well as the version control system Git.
- Support in the preparation of submissions of studies to international peer-reviewed journals.
- Support in the communication of relevant research results to non-scientific audiences.

Qualifications:

- Outstanding Master’s degree in economics.
- First experience or willingness to learn the handling of large household panels.
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art methods in econometrics.
- First Experience in the usage of modern statistical languages, e.g., Stata and/or R.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Ability to work in dynamic and international teams.
- Ability to work independently.

Salary will be paid based on TVöD group 13. The position is limited to 12 months.
