In our Aftermarket Services organisation, you will be responsible for managing our Technical Training & Services, Technical Hotline and Technical Field Service departments with over 100 employees.

**DEMONSTRATE YOUR POTENTIAL AND JOIN US TO SHAPE THE FUTURE OF THE DIGITAL WORKSHOP**:

- You are significantly responsible for expanding our aftermarket services in the international environment
- You take over the technical and disciplinary management of our Aftermarket Service departments
- You will work closely with our global sales companies
- You will report regularly to the management (KPI-based reporting) and coordinate with our parent company on relevant topics in the Aftermarket Service
- You will work independently, cost
- and quality-consciously within the scope of your tasks
- You increase our service quality and customer satisfaction through regular process optimizations
- You lead projects to reduce costs, save resources or create efficiencies, among other things.
- You continue to expand the individual teams and departments in line with demand
