We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative (M/F/d) to join our team. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and grow alongside us. In this pivotal role, you will play an essential part in driving the growth of our rapidly expanding DACH and EU markets. Your contributions will be key in identifying, qualifying, and pursuing opportunities generated from marketing campaigns and outbound efforts.

**Your Mission**:
- **CRM Management**: Keep CRM and related tools meticulously updated with accurate information.
- **Demo Coordination**: Arrange demo meetings between sales reps and prospects to advance the sales process.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay current with product updates and industry trends to remain a knowledgeable resource.
**Your Background**
- **Hunter Mentality**: Comfortable making outbound cold calls, targeting contacts at multiple levels, including executive management—this is essential.
- **SaaS Sales Experience**: Experience in SaaS sales is a major advantage.
- **Startup Mindset**: A proactive attitude with a focus on making things happen, self-learning, and thinking outside the box.
- **Excellent Prospecting**: Skilled at nurturing, educating, and qualifying prospects to create sales-ready opportunities.
- **Self-Starter**: High-energy, positive phone presence, and a drive to succeed.
