- oder Vollzeit**: 20-40 Stunden I
- **Vertragsdauer**: 2 Jahre mit Perspektive auf unbefristete Zeitdauer
- **Arbeitsort**: Hamburg Hafen City und remote.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Administrative und unterstützende Tätigkeiten für das Center for Shipping and Global Logistics (CSGL) und das Center for Humanitarian Logistics and Regional Development (CHORD) sowie die Fakultät
- Unterstützung der Research Center und der Fakultät bei der Vorbereitung von Reisen (Hotelbuchungen, Flug
- und Bahnreisen im In
- und Ausland), mit Buchungstool
- Vorbereitende Buchhaltung (Reisekosten
- und Spesenabrechnungen)
- Korrespondenz mit Kooperationspartnern der Research Center sowie der Fakultät auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Unterstützung beim Eventmanagement der Research Center (Workshops, Meetings u.ä.), inkl. Bewirtungen z.B. in Absprache mit dem Inhouse-Catering
- Unterstützung bei der Außendarstellung der Research Center (Website, Social Media)

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache, mündlich und schriftlich
- Versiert im Umgang mit MS Office
- Kenntnisse in CMS, ELO und DATEV sind wünschenswert
- Organisationskompetenz und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Aufgeschlossene und teamfähige Persönlichkeit
- Zuverlässigkeit und Flexibilität
- ein Auge für Prozessoptimierung
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen bzw. Kenntnisse
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position ist wünschenswert
