Votre mission
Nous recrutons un(e) VIE Contrôleur(euse) de gestion pour notre filiale Pierre Fabre en Allemagne (Freibourg).
La connaissance de la langue allemande est essentielle.
Rattaché(e) hiérarchiquement au CFO de Pierre Fabre Allemagne à Freibourg, et en relation avec les différentes Directions de la Business Unit, vous rejoignez une équipe de 3 personnes et contribuez à la construction des budgets et des prévisions sur votre périmètre.
Vous apportez votre soutien aux
opérationnels dans la gestion de leur performance et contribuez activement au déploiement du nouvel ERP Dynamix AX.
Plus précisément, vous:
- Contribuez activement au pilotage de la Performance économique de la filiale en développant de nouveaux outils de pilotage de la performance basés sur l'utilisation de la donnée et de la BI (Tableau) ;
- Assurez les missions opérationnelles de contrôle de gestion et d'analyses financières pour les activités cosmétiques et pharmaceutiques ;
- Construisez et mettez à jour les reportings mensuels tout en veillant à la cohérence et à la fiabilité des informations comptables et de gestion (normes IFRS). Assurez avec les autres membres de l’équipe le rôle d’ownership des données fournies au contrôle de gestion.
- Contribuez activement à la préparation des forecasts mensuels et du budget annuel.
- Contribuez activement à l’appropriation pour l’ensemble des départements de la filiale (ventes, ADV, Marketing, logistique, etc) du nouvel ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX2012).
- Participez activement aux activités et/ou projets transverses du contrôle de gestion visant à améliorer le pilotage de la performance de la filiale et à simplifier les processus.
Ce VIE est à pourvoir au plus tôt, pour 12 mois, renouvelables.
Qui êtes-vous ?
Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation Bac +5, Master 2 Finance ou école de commerce.
Une première expérience en finance, en systèmes d'informations ou en gestion de la donnée sera un atout.
Vous avez une très bonne connaissance d'Excel.
Vous avez la capacité à résoudre des problématiques business, grâce à votre esprit d'analyse.
Vous avez une bonne maîtrise de l'allemand dans le cadre d'une utilisation quotidienne, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
