Ihre Aufgaben- Als Business Partner für die Produktion am Standort Freiburg sind Sie für das aktive Performance Management der Produktions-Einheiten verantwortlich:
- Transparenz und Analyse der Beschäftigungs
- und Kostenabweichung- Regelmäßige Abstimmung mit den Produktions-Einheiten zur Entwicklung der KPIs
- Eigenverantwortliche Erarbeitung von Optimierungsansätzen sowie deren Besprechung mit den Bereichen
- Erstellung und Aufbereitung von entscheidungsrelevanten Informationen für Produktionsleitung, Sparten-Management und Konzernzentrale- Gemeinsam mit dem Produktionscontrolling am Standort in Polen sind Sie für das globale Produktions
- und Supply Chain Controlling zuständig, das neben der Produktion auch angrenzende Bereiche wie z. B. Logistik und Supply Chain Management umfasst- Ergänzend werden Ihnen Aufgaben zur gesamthaften Steuerung der Sparte Elektronik bei TRUMPF anvertraut: Strategische Fragestellungen, die alle Standorte der Elektronik-Sparte betreffen, Mitarbeit an spartenübergreifenden Projekten und Prozessen und Abstimmungsprozess mit der Unternehmenszentrale- Analyse, Überwachung und Fehlerkorrektur der Produktionsaufträge- Stammdatenkontrolle und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Datenqualität
Was wir suchen- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Controlling oder der Produktion eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens erwünscht- Sicherer Umgang mit SAP sowie den gängigen MS-Office Programmen- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift- Hohe Leistungsbereitschaft, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten sowie ein stark ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein- Bereitschaft sich tief in die Produkt
