Fullstack Development Team Lead

**Your mission**:
- Understand customers’ needs, jobs and use cases, and derive how TALPA products bring genuine added value.
- Integrate the full-stack development activities into a structured flow of strategic planning, user research & testing, product definition, actual implementation, quality assurance and roll-out to the customers.
- Crafting quality code using the latest tools and techniques as well as mentoring and coaching your teammates to do the same.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and ensure that TALPA maintains a sustainable web
- and front-end architecture as well as a proper technology stack.
- Based on the technical expertise and a deep understanding of the business domain, play a key role in defining and implementing product and technology roadmaps.
- Watch out for issues and improvement opportunities in the organization and address them in a in a proactive and collaborative manner.
- Representative of full stack team in the TALPA organization and ensure a smooth flow of information between the team and the company leaders.
**Your profile**:
- Proven track record in designing and building scalable distributed full-stack systems from initial architecture design to when the code is committed to production.
- Experience with our tech stack (Typescript with Vue.js, Node.js plus GraphQL, Docker/Kubernetes and Git) and familiarity with the related pitfalls and advantages.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment and knowing how to bring a respective mindset to the product development cycle.
- Experience in successfully leading a development team with an empowerment-oriented mindset focusing on mentoring, coaching, and enabling.
- Know how to realize long-term sustainability and quality goals via sound engineering and quality practices across the entire stack, e.g. via different forms of testing (unit, integration, E2E).
Nice to have:
- Experience with e.g. React, Java, Go, Python
- Knowledge of UI and UX Design
