**VIE Data Scientist, Personal Finance - Munich, H/F**

**Concrètement votre quotidien ?**

Vous rejoindrez en tant que Data Scientist le département Business Orchectraction pour travailler sur les missions suivantes:

- Augmentation de l'efficacité opérationnelle et commerciale et identification de nouvelles opportunités dans un environnement en temps réel et omnicanal
- Construction d'une vue centralisée des données clients à 360°
- Automatisation des règles Business & utilisation des composants AI
- Proposition d'offres commerciales affichées aux clients dans notre App
- Prochaines meilleures offres (Next Best Offer) et / ou prochaines meilleures actions (Next Best Action)

Vous travaillerez sur différents domaines Data:

- Utilisation des données pour identifier les opportunités de vente & après vente afin d'assurer des offres et des options de service cohérentes par client sur tous les canaux
- Surveillance et prise en compte des résultats de contact en boucle permanente afin d'enrichir la vue de 360° des données clients et de la tenir à jour
- Analyse, simulation et regroupement des clients existants afin de générer des recommandations pour chaque segment
- Création et livraison de contenu CRM (REACT) ainsi que contrôle et surveillance des bannières d'acheminement des appels entrants et des bannières App/OLB
- Utilisation de la science des données et de l'intelligence artificielle pour développer et maintenir les scores, la qualification, l'admissibilité et les grappes

Vous rejoindrez le département Business Orchestration qui est actuellement composé de 10 personnes et vous travaillerez dans un environnement Agile (Domain Agile & scale) & dynamique combinant un savoir-faire business, Data & Analytics
Les locaux de CF sont situés au centre de Munich (Hauptbahnof - Gare principale) et sont donc accessibles très facilement depuis chacun des quartiers de Munich et ses alentours.

Rejoindre le département Business Orchectration, vous permettra de participer activement à l'usage renforcée des données et au d2veloppement de l'Analytics dans une organisation transverse & agile
- Ce poste vous apportera une connaissance transverse de tous les métiers aux Opérations. Vous serez amené(e) notamment à:

- Piloter des projets avec des experts Métier recouvrement et risque mais aussi avec les équipes Customer Service
- Intégrer une communauté et développer votre réseau Analytics composé de Data Scientists de différentes Directions (Opérations, Marketing, IT, Risk) et différents pays

**A vous de nous convaincre **

Vous êtes titulaire d’un Master obtenu en Université ou en Ecole de Commerce ou d’Ingénieur avec une spécialisation en Mathématiques ou en Statistiques.

Vous disposez de solides connaissances en matière de data et idéalement en crédits à la consommation et vous justifiez d’une expérience (stage et alternance inclus) d’au moins 6 mois.

Vous parlez couramment anglais et français et avez des notions d’allemand. Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office (Excel) ainsi que le langage Python, Data Viz Blending et les outils de Gestion de Bases de Données Oracle

De plus, votre adaptabilité et votre communication seront des atouts essentiels. Ajoutez à cela votre esprit analytique, votre orientation résultats et votre capacité à comprendre le changement pour finir de nous convaincre.
