Who We Are Looking For

For our location in Konstanz, we are currently seeking a Global Operations Coordinator (M/F/d) to join us at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for security-related and medical requests and emergencies for the travelers of our corporate clients. Your ability to remain calm in critical situations, paired with your exceptional interpersonal skills, will guide our customers seamlessly on the phone, while your multitasking abilities enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in both, German and English. Speaking French is a plus.

What You Will Work On
- You serve as the initial point of contact via telephone for our clients for all security-related, travel-related, and medical questions and concerns, providing competent and friendly assistance
- You and your colleagues ensure the 24/7 around-the-clock availability of our operations center
- The core of your work revolves around system-supported prevention of risks for business travelers worldwide, requiring you to quickly navigate through various systems
- You will closely collaborate with various Crisis24 teams in Medical and Crisis Response Operations, providing coordination support for security-related and medical repatriations and evacuations
- You will develop a keen sense for critical changes in global events as well as sensitive situations, enabling you to assess relevant incidents in the shortest time possible and report them internally
- As part of your role, you will become familiar with a wide range of risk mitigation products and services. Additionally, you will develop a deep understanding of all processes related to medical services, including financing and cost control of support measures, as well as aspects of health insurance for international travelers
- Your first few weeks will be shaped by intensive theoretical and practical on-the-job training

What You Will Bring
- Additionally, you show interest in tourism, politics, regional studies, social sciences, cultural studies, or history. A degree in any of these fields is an advantage
- You have excellent proficiency in both German and English (at least C1 level in both languages). All additional languages, especially French, are an advantage
- The phone is the central medium of your role. Your strong communication skills enable you to communicate openly and clearly at all times
- Unfamiliar or labour-intensive situations do not intimidate you, but drive you to peak performance
- You are motivated, resilient, and see working in shifts as an interesting and diverse way to structure your working hours
- You have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with dynamic, fast-changing situations, act appropriately and respond in a solution-oriented manner
- You enjoy working in a technology
