**Quality Technician (m/w/d)**

**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Du betreust die Anlage-Endprüfung (End of Line) hinsichtlich Programmierung gemäß den Anforderungen des Engineerings und des Kunden
- Du stellst unsere Lieferfähigkeit hinsichtlich Qualitätssicherheit und -anforderungen sicher
- Du unterstützt bei der Definition von Qualitätsanforderungen an Bauteile / -gruppen unseres Business Class Sitzes
- Du bist ein fester Bestandteil von Projekten und unterstützt bei der Durchführung von Functional Tests sowie weitere qualitätsbezogener Aufgaben
- Du unterstützt die Fachbereichsleitung bei Definition, Einführung und Umsetzung interner qualitätsverbessernder Maßnahmen, speziell hinsichtlich der End-of-Line-Prüfung
- Du unterstützt bei finalen Bemusterungen und Inspektionen hinsichtlich aller Anforderungen und Spezifikationen, die die Luftfahrtindustrie voraussetzt
- Du bearbeitest auftretende Qualitätsprobleme und erstellst und kommunizierst die zugehörigen Dokumentationen wie z.B. 4D- oder 8D-Reports, inklusive Wirksamkeitsprüfung
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von QS-Dokumenten wie Control-Plans und Begleitdokumente bei Auslieferungen
- Du erwirbst die Zusatzqualifikation als Certifying Staff und bist dadurch zur Freigabe des Endproduktes mit der EASA Form1 (Lufttüchtigkeitsbescheinigung) qualifiziert und dafür zuständig

**Dein Profil**:

- Du hast eine technische Berufsausbildung sowie eine mind. 2-jährige Weiterbildung zum staatlich geprüften Techniker erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du verfügst über langjährige branchenspezifische Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise in der Luftfahrtbranche
- Du hast einschlägige Erfahrungen in der Definition von Qualitätsanforderungen, Qualitätsprozessen und deren Dokumentation sowie deren Umsetzung, bspw. PPAP, APQP, Control Plans
- Du verfügst über ein umfangreiches elektrotechnisches Verständnis und arbeitest gerne nah am Produkt
- Du bist ein Teamplayer und bringst dich gerne in unserem internationalen Umfeld ein
- Du hat Freude daran, Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen und strukturiert zu arbeiten
- Du denkst ganzheitlich, ohne den Blick für das Detail aus den Augen zu verlieren
- Du hast Freude daran, dich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und deine Ideen mit einzubringen
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist zu Dienstreisen bereit
