- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Product Owner, anderen Abteilungen, weltweiten Teammitgliedern und Systemintegratoren, um die beste End-to-End-Lösung für ALDI zu entwickeln und damit die globale Strategie zu unterstützen
- Übernahme von Verantwortung für geschäftsbezogene Arbeitspakete und Leistungen sowie Aufzeigen von Risiken, die eine erfolgreiche Umsetzung gefährden
- Vertretung der internationalen Geschäftsdomäne bei den Stakeholdern in den Landesgesellschaften, um die wichtigsten Verbesserungsbereiche zu ermitteln und die vollständige Akzeptanz des Systems und der Templates zu erleichtern sowie ungelöste Prioritäten und Konflikte mit dem globalen Template zu eskalieren
- Anwendung branchenweit bewährter Verfahren in den Bereichen Transport
- und Prozessmanagement zur Schaffung einer schlanken und effizienten Lösung
- Aktualisierung bestehender Unterlagen und Schulungsmaterialien, um eine nahtlose Umsetzung in den operativen Geschäftsbereichen und die Schulung der Endbenutzer:innen zu ermöglichen
- Begleitung der Stakeholder während Veränderungen und Eingehen auf deren Bedürfnisse, um eine hohe Moral und ein gutes Verständnis dafür zu schaffen, warum eine Veränderung ansteht und was diese für sie bedeutet

**Dein Profil**

**Was du mitbringen solltest.**
- Studium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt oder IT-Background
- Erfahrungen im Projektmanagement im Bereich IT erforderlich, Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einzelhandel, Supply Chain bzw. Logistik wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Transportmanagement-Software (SAP TM, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Coupa) oder großen ERP-Transformationsprojekten ist wünschenswert
- Selbstständige Persönlichkeit mit hervorragendem Organisationstalent und ausgesprochen prozessorientierter Denkweise sowie der Fähigkeit, eine Strategie zu übernehmen und sie effizient umzusetzen
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, gerne auch Deutschkenntnisse
- Ausgeprägte analytische und kreative Denkweise sowie die Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand hinauszublicken und das große Ganze hinter dem offensichtlichen Problem zu sehen
- Professionelle, überzeugende Kommunikations
- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten sowie Belastbarkeit im Umgang mit Stakeholdern, die Veränderungen skeptisch gegenüberstehen
