Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Lead to join our team at Innovate, a global leader in innovative logistics and supply chain solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a team of SAP experts to support global customers in optimizing their SAP Warehouse Management software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Engagement: Collaborate closely with existing customers to understand their specific needs and challenges related to SAP Warehouse Management, and provide expert guidance to ensure optimal software utilization.
  • Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software support engineers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality support and drive business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide in-depth technical expertise on SAP Warehouse Management software, including configuration, troubleshooting, and best practices, to ensure seamless integration with our customers' business operations.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve customer processes and workflows through effective utilization of SAP Warehouse Management, and develop strategic plans to implement these improvements.
  • Project Management: Oversee SAP implementation and upgrade projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget, and that our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SAP Warehouse Management, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain processes, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience leading and managing teams of technical professionals, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and a strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
  • A strong understanding of SAP modules, such as SAP EWM and SAP S/4HANA, and a willingness to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the robotics or logistics and supply chain industry, with a strong understanding of the latest technologies and trends.
  • Fluency in German and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
