Chapter Lead Architects Logistics

**Ihre Aufgabe**:
Als **Chapter Lead (m/w/d) für Architectures Logistics** führst du **disziplinarisch 25-30 Beschäftigte des Chapters „Architecture“** und bist mit deinem Team essenzieller Bestandteil der Business Unit Logistics. In deiner Rolle bist du maßgeblich für die bedarfsgerechte Entwicklung deiner Beschäftigten verantwortlich und wirst gleichzeitig zum Treiber für die Modernisierung sowie strategische Erweiterung der Services im Logistikumfeld. Durch deine aktive Mitarbeit in Kundenprojekten oder Vertriebsunterstützung bist du nah am Geschäft und kennst die Markttrends.
Folgende Aufgabenbereiche und Gestaltungsspielräume werden deine alltägliche Arbeit prägen:
- Aufbau praxis-, kunden
- und marktrelevanter Fach
- und Methodenkompetenz
- Förderung von Talenten und Karriereentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter:innen
- Coaching deiner Leute "on the job"
- Organisation und Administration des Chapters
- Mitarbeit in bezahlten Kundenprojekten und Mitarbeit an RFPs
- Aktive Mitarbeit und Gestaltung strategischer Initiativen
- Entwicklung einer Vision für dein Chapter mit Business Impact
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Service Delivery Manager:innen und Projektleiter:innen
- Bereitstellung von Fachkräften innerhalb der gesamten Organisation
- Umsetzung der T-Systems Nearshore
- und Offshore-Strategie
- Controlling relevanter KPIs (z.B. Auslastung der MA)
**Ihr Profil**:
Du hast einen Abschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit **Führungserfahrung und mehrjähriger Erfahrung in der Architektur von IT-Systemen**.
Weiters zeichnest du dich durch folgende Skills aus:
- Fähigkeit, dein **diverses/internationales Team** und wichtige Stakeholder zu begeistern sowie Vertrauen zu schaffen
- Erfahrung in der **Förderung von Talenten** und Entwicklung von Mitarbeiter:innen
