The role is based in the Firm's Securities Services business. The Securities Services business delivers investor solutions to help institutional clients protect their portfolios, optimize their efficiency and maximize opportunities in diverse global markets. We support clients across a global custody network spanning ca. 100 markets, with custody and asset servicing, fund accounting and administration, alternative investment services, integrated analytics, agency lending, collateral management and depositary receipt solutions. Our global clients include; Asset/Fund Managers, Asset Owners, Banks and Broker-Dealers, Hedge Funds and Alternative Investors, Insurance Companies and GSEs (Government Sponsored Enterprise).

**Key Responsibilities**

Support the team in day-to-day work, such as
- Preparation of overviews of outstanding tax documentation

Review of tax documentations provided from clients
- Reconciliation of tax reclaims of different sources
- Maintenance of static date
- E-mail inbox management for the team

Manage regular mail internally

Teamwork with global tax operations teams
- Creation and submission of daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports for senior management
- Project-related tasks depending on workload (Preparation of presentation slides etc.)

**Key Skill/Competencies**
- Studying towards a degree in Business Administrations, Finance, Economics or similar
- strong MS Office skills
- ambitious, hard-working, self-motivated, flexible, analytical and proactive
- attention to detail
- good time management skills
- reliability and team-player personality
- fluency in German and English is essential
