We are looking for a new broker to join our expanding Fixed Income Sales team in Frankfurt.

Pareto Securities’ high-yield sales desk has a global reach to an international investor network built over more than three decades and consists of ~50 sales professionals across offices in Frankfurt, Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Copenhagen, Zürich, London, New York, and Singapore. We are looking for a new broker to join our expanding Fixed Income Sales team in Frankfurt.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Sale of high-yield corporate bonds by participating in new placements and secondary market flow
- Organising debt financing for projects in the European Renewable Energy sector
- Develop your own customer portfolio within Germany and continental Europe with institutional investors, e.g., asset managers, family offices, hedge funds, private banks, and high-net-worth individuals
- Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Be proactive and generate value-added ideas for customers and colleagues

**Qualifications**:
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are self-driven and a self-starter who is motivated by achieving sales goals. The position requires great work capacity, analytical skills, and a genuine interest in financial markets. Furthermore, one would also need a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in economics, finance, or other business-related fields with strong academic results. Fluency in German and English is a requirement.

A few years of relevant work experience is preferred but no pre-requisite.
