**Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research and trend analysis.
- Gather data and insights to support business decisions.

**Project Support**:

- Assist in the development and execution of emerging business projects.
- Collaborate with the team to form and refine business concepts.

**Daily Operations**:

- Support daily administrative tasks and operations.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.

**Concept Development**:

- Act as a discussion partner to brainstorm and develop new business ideas.
- Participate in creative sessions to generate innovative solutions.

**Communication and Coordination**:

- Coordinate with various departments and external partners.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up on project-related matters.

**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE**:
**Education**:

- Currently enrolled in a (Bachelor's or) Master's program in Business, Marketing, Innovation Management, or related field.

**Skills**:

- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of project management principles.

**Experience**:

- Previous internship or work experience in business development, marketing, or related areas is a plus.

**Personal Attributes**:

- Proactive and self-motivated.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passionate about cycling and sports industry
