**Mission**: Establish sustainable collaboration with our customers to recruit new shoppers and drive the category growth.

**Main Job Accountabilities**:
**E-COMMERCE STRATEGY**
- Develop & implement the division e-commerce strategy in collaboration with the GM Sales LDB (direct report), the Digital Director LDB (dotted line) and the support of CMO to ensure sustainable e-commerce acceleration in the division.
- Track and analyse market insights and competition performance.
- Define SWOT per category, client and brand, in terms of growth & profitability and design short and long-term plans & roadmaps for accelerating e-commerce growth sustainably.
- Build an e-retail media and data strategy for improving traffic, audience management and UX together with the Digital Director and CMO.

**CUSTOMER DEVELOPMENT**
- Design and implement powerful customer strategies for sustainable growth.
- Lead multi-divisional strategy & negotiations for major Clients in collaboration with the D/A/CH E-commerce GM.
- Create or strengthen cross-divisional Joint Business Plans with our largest clients, developing strong and trustful partnerships, including very strong Marketing services, live data-sharing and activation and impactful multi-brand events.
- Streamline and optimize trade terms together and finance to allow to reward profitable growth.
- Monitor cross-border and grey market together with the European Zone.
- Evaluate new business opportunities (new clients, channels, etc.)

**CUSTOMER P&L**
- Establish the internal and external e-commerce governance to animate the Customer ecosystem and optimize Customer P&L, drive the implementation of the division and brand e-commerce strategies, from strategic planning to operational performance, ensuring long-term profitability.
- Strategize and optimize the e-commerce division and brand profitability in terms of customer acquisition, customer experience, sales conversion.
- Animate and align e-commerce teams (E-KAM, E-Merchandisers, BI, Online Business Managers) to enable them to hit operational profitability objectives on relevant KPIs (Media ROI, Share of search & onsite visibility, Portfolio Availability, Content Integrity, R&R, UX, etc.)

**EXCELLENCE OF EXECUTION**
- Develop Performance monitoring and the condition for best in class e-commerce customer journey from consumer acquisition, in-store experience to purchase conversion and retention, in line with brand standards and strategies.
- Build the capabilities to develop Excellence of Execution for e-commerce: Implement KPI framework and report progress regularly to Country Business Team (MD Country, GM Divisions, CMO and CFO).
- Data & Analytics: Optimize cockpit to track and better performance and path to purchase (Media, SI/SO tracking, Assortment, e-merchandising, promotion, content & services, ) together with the CMI, Media, Data Science, digital services & Finance teams.

**DIGITAL INNOVATION**
- Lead e-commerce Innovation and upskilling in the division, organize the inspiration for commercial, marketing, finance and supply teams.
- Organize the best communication and ways of working to foster cross-expertise sharing and benchmarking within the brands.
- Anticipate new future strategic topics (Social Commerce, Advertising tech, co-branding, etc.) and coordinate innovation pilots within the brands.

**Key interfaces**:Retailers, Commercial and Digital directors, CMO Team, Leadership Team LDB D/A/CH, Finance, Legal/Supply, Brand GMs, Europe Zone, top 5 countries.

**Your Profile**:

- Level of experience: >10 years.
- Experience in Business development, identifying / evaluating / driving new business opportunities.
- Experience in negotiation necessary
- FMCG or fashion experience. Specific Beauty experience is a plus
- Digital Expertise. Deep understanding of the e-commerce market, relevant industry trends and business levers (deep knowledge of all distribution channels / retailers / Pure Players)
- Deep understanding of managing customer and brand portfolio, perfect P&L know-how
- Strong people manager, good experience in managing complex and matrix structures
- Open and driver for change & transforma
