We currently have a 12-month fixed-term contract for a Site Administrator who will work very closely with our customer at Stuttgart International Airport.

This is a site-based role for five days per week, working Monday-Friday 08.00 hrs-17.00 hrs and occasionally it will be necessary to be present at the airport outside of normal office hours.

The Site Administrator mobilises the on-site support team of Stuttgart Airport to ensure the successful ongoing delivery of the solutions in line with customer expectations and the commitments as agreed with our customer.

The key accountabilities of the Site Administrator are:

- **Site Administration**
- Coordinate maintenance activities on Airport IT solutions across the airport estate to be performed by the on-site Field Services team, e.g. Preventative Maintenance, installations, moves and changes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the on-site Field Service Team.
- Facilitate the rollout of functional and technical changes to the solutions in the airport which require physical intervention and monitoring. Initiating and coordinating the support of the on-site field services team to support these activities where necessary.
- Generate and maintain a view of the full installation of the Airport IT services on site and their health status.
- Manage the interaction between the Airport IT Service Centre and the on-site support and first level support teams for the airport.

**Delivery and Reporting**
- Provide a regular dashboard on deliverables to customers in coordination with the Service Delivery Management team.
- Attend Steering & regular meetings with the customer.
- Proactively identify trends, risks and gaps to the services provided to the customer and facilitate service recovery and continual service improvement plans.
- Ensure and facilitate high degree of interaction with Airport IT stakeholders including the Extended Account Team, Product Management and Post-Implementation Management
- Actively share account status and information within the Extended Account team and with other stakeholders

**What are we looking for:

- **
- Minimum 5 years’ Experience in airport or airline IT industry.
- Business and IT Operations understanding of the Airport business processes, Airport IT, Ground Handlers, Airlines and Travel industry.
- Previous experience in some or all of the following Airport Passenger Processing Systems: Self-service Bag Drop facilities, Common Use Self-Service (CUSS), Common Use Passenger Processing Systems (CUPPS), Airport Baggage Systems.
- Strong relationship building skills at all levels with our customers and between technical and non-technical teams and Airport IT business functions.
- Self motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Native German speaker.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Obtaining and maintaining a Security Pass is a requirement of the position to ensure all activities are undertaken.
