Stellenbeschreibung

**Werde Teil des Card Dispute Teams**

Nets Card Disputes ist eine der führenden Dispute-Einheiten in Europa für die Bearbeitung von Streitfällen bei Kredit
- und Debitkarten.
Als Konfliktmanager wirst du engen Kontakt zu internen und externen Kunden sowie internationalen Stakeholdern haben. Du wirst Teil des Card Disputes Deutschland-Teams sein, wo wir ein neu eingerichtetes Büro für die Aufnahme neuer Kunden haben. Unser Ziel ist es, Kunden bei der Minimierung von Verlusten im Zusammenhang mit Betrug durch Dritte mit Zahlungskarten zu unterstützen.

**Deine Hauptaufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten sind**:
Analyse und Bearbeitung von Streitfällen nach den Regeln der Kartenorganisation und der Regulatorien Telefonischer Kontakt mit Banken/Karteninhabern Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der nationalen Regeln der Kreditkartenbranche

Qualifikationen

**Qualifikationen**

Erfahrungen und Kenntnisse im internationalen Kreditkartengeschäft Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten Kenntnis und Verständnis sowohl der deutschen, als auch der internationalen Regeln der Kreditkartenorganisationen Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office (Excel und Word) Fließende Deutschkennnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse Erfahrungen in der Finanzbrache von Vorteil
