Celenus salvea ist in Deutschland einer der führenden Anbieter stationärer und ambulanter Gesundheitsdienstleistungen und behandelt an 66 Standorten Patienten verschiedenster Indikationen. Zur Celenus salvea-Gruppe gehören außerdem die Marken salvea mit Spezialisierung auf ambulante Rehabilitations
- und Therapieeinrichtungen sowie Danuvius Kliniken, bestehend aus Fachkliniken für psychische Gesundheit, Spezialpflegeheimen, einem ambulanten Pflegedienst und betreutes Einzelwohnen wie Wohngruppen. Sitz der Unternehmenszentrale ist Offenburg. Celenus salvea beschäftigt insgesamt rund 4.800 Mitarbeitende.

Aufgrund des starken Wachstums des Unternehmens in den vergangenen Jahren wird zeitnah ein Senior Group Controller (m/w/d) Konsolidierung in Vollzeit gesucht, um das Team weiter zu verstärken.

Aufgaben
- Konsolidierung der Managementzahlen für den Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschluss nach IFRS inkl. Konzernberichterstattung
- Überwachung der Intercompany Verrechnung & Konsolidierung
- Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüsse sowie Ansprechpartner bei Reporting
- und Bilanzierungsfragen und Sonderfragen der Bilanzierung nach IFRS
- Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der operativen Jahresplanung sowie unterjährigen Forecasts, Investitionsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen nach IFRS
- Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für unsere Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Ermittlung von KPIs, Abweichungs
- und Sonderanalysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage für den Vorstand und das Senior-Management
- Sparringspartner für den Leiter Controlling und den CFO des Unternehmens
- Support der lokalen Controller
- Weiterentwicklung moderner und effizienter Controllingstrukturen und -prozesse im Corporate und Business Controlling gemeinsam mit dem Leiter Controlling
- Entwicklung interner Finanzkontrollen und Risikomanagementsysteme

Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder Wirtschaftsinformatik
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Konzernrechnungswesen oder Controlling und Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Rechnungswesen und Controlling
- Praxiserprobte Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung nach IFRS
- Sehr guter und sehr sicherer Umgang mit Excel, SAP, gängigen BI-Tools sowie Konsolidierungssoftware
- Konversationssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Analytisch-lösungsorientierte Denkweise, hohe Eigeninitiative sowie Hands-on-Mentalität
- Persönlichkeit mit sicherem Auftreten, ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamgeist
