  • eigenverantwortliche fachliche Betreuung ausgewählter Tochtergesellschaften in finanz- und betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen
  • strategische Beratung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Marktorganisationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem lokalen Management
  • Erstellung, Datenanalyse und fachliche Kommentierung von Reports
  • Erstellung der operativen Jahresplanung sowie unterjährigen Forecasts, Investitionsrechnungen und Wirtschaftlichkeitsanalysen auf Gruppenebene
  • Durchführung von Projekten für die zu betreuenden Gesellschaften sowie auf Konzernebene
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung und Umsetzung von gruppenweiten Standards

Was Sie mitbringen:
  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Finanz- und Rechnungswesen oder Controlling oder Prüfungswesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mehrjährige aufgabenrelevante Berufserfahrung
  • verhandlungssicheres Englisch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Präsentationen und im Projektmanagement
  • Bereitschaft zu einzelner, projektbezogener Reisetätigkeit zu unseren ausländischen Tochtergesellschaften (ca. 5-10%)
  • interkulturelle Kompetenz
  • Erfahrung in der Anwendung und Administration gängiger BI-Tools sowie Grundkenntnisse in SQL-Datenbanken sind von Vorteil
