**TASKS**: Bei der Leitung von Projekten sind Sie immer vorne mit dabei und dabei geht ihr Herz auf? Entwicklungsprojekte managen und in globalen Projekten mit anderen Standorten kooperieren spricht Sie an? Dann heißen wir Sie herzlich willkommen bei NDI
- Ihre Hauptaufgabe liegt darin, ein Team aus Project Managern zu leiten und zu entwickeln
- Ein weiterer Teil Ihrer Arbeit liegt darin, Projekte und / oder Programme im medizintechnischen Umfeld zu leiten und auch an globalen Projekten in Kooperation mit anderen Standorten zu arbeiten
- Neue Entwicklungen von NDI haben Sie in der Hand und treiben diese voran - dabei tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Einhaltung und weitere Verbesserung entsprechender Prozesse, stimmen Prozesse mit den jeweiligen Schnittstellen ab und pflegen diese entsprechend den regulatorischen und firmenspezifischen Anforderungen
- Gegenüber unseren Standorten in Kanada und den USA vertreten sie abteilungsspezifische Interessen der NDI Europe und gestalten die weitere Zusammenarbeit mit den anderen Standorten proaktiv mit

**PROFILE**:

- Ein Hochschulabschluss in einer Ingenieurswissenschaft, Physik oder einem ähnlichen technischen Bereich hat die Basis Ihres heutigen Wissens gebildet
- Für die Stelle sind Sie geeignet, wenn Sie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Forschung und Entwicklung mechatronischer Systeme oder der angewandten Physik mitbringen. Nice to have sind Kenntnisse der medizintechnischen Regularien
- Kommunikativ sind Sie stark und pflegen einen effektiven Kommunikationsstil auf allen Ebenen
- Von Vorteil ist Erfahrung im fachlichen und disziplinarischen Führen von Mitarbeiter*innen
