About the Role

As a Project Manager with Project Delivery Partners, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage large scale CAPEX projects in the BioPharma Industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage expertise in project controls and time/schedule management to drive project success.
  • Develop and implement project planning and scheduling strategies, ensuring alignment with company and contractor roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and perform probabilistic analysis on integrated schedules and contractor schedules.
  • Conduct critical path analysis and schedule risk analysis, analyze deviations from baseline, and propose corrective actions.
  • Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contributions to monthly project reports and specific reports/presentations.
  • Analyze and highlight overall schedule impact of variances/change orders and prepare resourcing plans for individual project phases.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of schedules produced, maintaining independence as a planning engineer when advising on issues requiring judgment.
  • Balance multiple projects executed in multiple locations and by multiple contractors.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in CAPEX projects with roles in planning/scheduling: preferably in Biotech or Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Significant experience in schedule setup, baselining, monitoring, and controlling on large-scale projects across all phases of EPCmV.
  • Comprehensive understanding of risk and change management.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability in cross-functional environments.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and software systems/packages including Primavera P6.
  • Ability to work within high-performance, cross-functional organizations with tight timelines and aggressive goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good level in English, written and spoken.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$150,000, depending on qualifications and location. Additional benefits include a comprehensive health insurance package, 401(k) matching program, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
