Jump into an exciting leadership role in the beating heart of Munich. Bring your POV to our dynamic studio environment, where we actively challenge the status quo. You’ll bring your perspective to develop bicycles, e-bikes, and their components - playtesting new ideas and taking them to market. Steer projects. Lead your talented team. **In this role you will**:

- Generate impressive new production bicycles, e-bikes, parts, and components and next-gen e-mobility concepts with your team.
- Receive, understand, and translate design briefings into outstanding proposals. From first sketch to final 3D model.
- Connect the dots between strategic product management, user needs, engineering, and communication.
- Lead your small, skilled team with openness and purpose. Mentor when necessary and steer the team towards ground-breaking results.
- Confidently verbalise your proposals in presentations and represent KISKA in external client meetings.

**We are looking for**:

- A bicycle expert with 8+ years’ experience in the industry. You’re familiar with designing production bikes from start to finish (ideally in various categories).
- You know what’s ‘hot’. You’re always on the pulse of new development / manufacturing processes and materials in various industries - like fashion, footwear, sporting goods, or automotive.
- Someone with a ‘point of view’ regarding the future of e-bikes. A design visionary who has an open eye for progressive design and can competently bring it to market.
- A natural leader who goes beyond to inspire their team and drive projects to success. Sociable, likable, and always reliable for a fresh opinion or concept.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
