Am Standort Zweibrücken befindet sich das europäische Kompetenzzentrum für Erntemaschinen von John Deere. Hier werden von rund 1000 Beschäftigten Mähdrescher und selbstfahrende Feldhäcksler entwickelt und gebaut. Mit unseren Produkten sind wir weltweit vertreten.

**Service Representative for Large Scale Rotary Combine (m/w/d)**

Wir suchen eine*n engagierte*n Service Representative für Rotor-Mähdrescher. Als Teil unseres erfahrenen Teams wirst Du für das effiziente Qualitätsmanagement von hochmodernen Landmaschinen verantwortlich sein, um unseren Kunden einen erstklassigen Service zu bieten. **Diese Aufgaben erwarten Dich**:

- Annahme und Beantwortung technischer Anfragen unserer europäischen JD Vertriebspartner zum X9 und den dazugehörigen FEE sowie den weiteren JD Mähdrescher Modellen
- Frühzeitige Identifizierung von neuen Problemen sowie deren Ursachenanalyse im Feld
- Mitarbeit an Problemlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Konstruktions
- und Entwicklungsabteilungen sowie dem "JD Machine Health Center"
- Durchführung von Produkt
- und Optimierungsschulungen als Train-the-Trainer direkt mit Vertriebspartner und Kunden
- Entwicklung optimaler X9 & FEE Konfigurationen für die entsprechenden Feldfrüchte und Regionen, sowie deren Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit der Marketing Abteilung und der Produkt Entwicklung
- Bewertung und Test von effizienzsteigernden Optionen und Teilen im Feld. Kommunikation der Ergebnisse an Feldteams, Engineering und Marketing.
- Ausarbeitung von Expert Check und Inspektion Dokumenten zur Unterstützung des Maschinen-Lifecycle

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Landmaschinentechnik, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Praxiserfahrung mit Land
- oder Baumaschinen, z.B. durch Ausbildung oder Tätigkeiten auf einem landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb
- 2-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in entsprechenden Bereichen sind wünschenswert
- Erfahrung in Trainingsmaterialerstellung und/oder Trainer Tätigkeiten
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Weltweite Reisebereitschaft (bis zu 50%)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Freude an Teamarbeit
- Begeisterungsfähigkeit, Engagement und starke Kundenorientierung

Diese Position ist befristet für 3 Jahre zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Zweibrücken zu besetzen.
