Zur Verstärkung unseres globalen Teams suchen wir hochmotivierte verkaufs
- und serviceorientierte Mitarbeiter im Außendienst zur Produkt
- und Markenpräsentation am Flughafen Frankfurt.

Unter gleichlautendem Namen betreibt SeatBoost eine mobile App, über die Flugreisende in Live-Auktionen noch kurzfristig vor Abflug auf Upgrades bieten können.

Im Rahmen Ihres Einsatzes sind Sie verantwortlich für ein erstklassiges App-Nutzer
- bzw. Kundenerlebnis. Dazu zählen u.a.
- die Vermarktung der SeatBoost App und der damit möglichen Upgrade-Optionen durch persönliche Ansprache von Fluggästen,
- aktive Hilfestellung beim Downloaden, bei der Nutzung der App und bei Fragen und technischen Problemen,
- die Erhöhung der Teilnahmeraten in Auktionen, sowie
- die aktive Rückmeldung von Kundenerlebnissen, Auffälligkeiten und Problemen an SeatBoost.

Ihr Einsatz erfolgt am Flughafen Frankfurt und ist ab Sommer 2023 geplant. SeatBoost zahlt einen wettbewerbsfähigen Stundensatz zzgl. erfolgsbasierter Provisionen. SeatBoost ist abhängig von Ihrem Erfolg an einer langfristigen Zusammenarbeit interessiert.

Anforderungen
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und Englisch, weitere Fremdsprachen sind vorteilhaft.
- Sie besitzen einen Gewerbeschein und können freiberuflich arbeiten.
- Sie besitzen eine gültige Zuverlässigkeitsüberprüfung (ZVÜ) sowie Luftsicherheitsschulung (LuSi) für den Einsatz an deutschen Flughäfen (optional). Für den Fall der Erst-/Neubeantragung versichern Sie, dass keine Einschränkungen gegen die Erteilung vorliegen.
- Sie besitzen ein außergewöhnliches Talent im Verkauf und im Umgang mit Kunden.
- Sie sind in der Lage, frei und sicher vor Publikum zu sprechen.
- Sie arbeiten aktiv service
- und lösungsorientiert.
- Sie sind aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ und haben starke zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
- Sie sind pünktlich und haben ein ausgezeichnetes Zeitmanagement.
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit mobilen Endgeräten und Apps und mit neuen Technologien vertraut.
- Sie arbeiten souverän einzeln und im Team.

SeatBoost is looking for enthusiastic, sales and customer service oriented bilingual (English and German) Brand Representatives to join our team

SeatBoost is an exciting mobile app that lets airline passengers bid for premium seat upgrades.

You will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience at the Frankfurt airport. This includes promoting SeatBoost and its benefits to travelers personally, encouraging downloads, driving participation in our auctions, helping answer questions, troubleshooting issues and providing outstanding customer service.

This job is based out of FRA Airport, pays a competitive hourly rate + commissions and is long-term for the right fit. Position starts Summer 2023.

Tasks

You will be responsible for creating a world-class customer experience at the Frankfurt airport. **Requirements**:

- Fluent ENGLISH / GERMAN is mandatory (Spanish, French or Portuguese is a plus)
- Must pass airport background check
- Exceptional at sales and approaching passengers
- Customer service oriented, patient and an excellent problem-solver to effectively address customer concerns
- Outgoing and friendly with strong interpersonal skills
- Punctual with excellent time management
- Comfortable with technology
- Great at public speaking
- Work well individually and in a team environment
