Are you a UX Researcher who has a lot of empathy for customers, taking into account their needs and what they are expecting from a product? If yes - here is a great opportunity to join AirHelp Your work will focus mainly on conducting research for both our core claims compensation service and new products in development. The expectation is that you will work closely with both product and designers to create learning plans for new and existing initiatives and ensure our teams deeply understand users' needs.
We’re looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for their work, so it’s not so important how many years of experience you have on your resume. It’s more important what you can bring to our team. This position is suitable for anyone with Mid to Senior level of expertise.
**What you’ll do**:
- Have an impact on shaping the product, formulating hypotheses, and coordinating UX research and AB tests.
- Care about the user-centered design of our services and conduct usability tests.
- Work with the Product Team to create a product roadmap and strategy.
- Advocate good UX practices across the organization.
- Facilitate internal workshops with stakeholders using Design Thinking methodologies.
- Collaborate with external agencies to conduct market and user research.
**Ideally, you’ll bring with you**:
- Proven UX experience, ideally from a Product/SaaS company
- Significant UX experience (research, solution definition, user flows, experimentation) with a focus on new product creation and conversion (web and mobile).
- Proactive hands-on approach — autonomy and initiative needed to shape an early-stage product.
- Professional working experience in an Interface Design Tool (preferable Figma)
- Fluency in English
