Specialist Digital Transformation

**Your Tasks**:
- Support the execution of digital transformation projects within the finance domain
- Work collaboratively with team members to contribute to project delivery
- Be a part of a project team and help resolve minor issues
- Share insights and ideas for improvements
- Support the adoption and utilization of modern technologies to enhance business outcomes with a human-centered focus
**Your Profile**:
- University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Relevant experience in a technical role with business interaction, or a business role with tech interaction
- Basic experience in developing and delivering technical solutions (e.g., Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, SAP)
- Additional certifications (RPA, project management, risk management) are a plus
- Collaborative team player (M/F/d) with strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach
- Eagerness to learn and work on new topics
- Effective communication skills and the ability to assist in storytelling and presentations
