Aufgaben
  • Utilize expertise to innovate and address business challenges using modern technologies
  • Hands-on experience in introducing, designing, and building digital solutions (such as automation, RPA, ERP, cloud, and low-code apps)
  • Actively manage and deliver digital transformation projects in finance domain (Finance, Legal, Procurement and Assurance)
  • Collaborate closely with other teams to define and deliver cross functional projects
  • Provide guidance and support to other team members
  • Serve as a technical mentor, enabler, and partner (m/f/d) for team members and other finance citizen developers
  • Monitor projects progress and resolve any issues
  • Share, drive and implement insights and recommendations for improvements
  • Introduce, scale, and leverage modern technologies with a focus on business benefits and a human-centered approach

Profil
  • University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems, Process Management, Computer Science or a related field
  • Relevant professional experience in a tech role with interaction with business, or a business role interacting with tech
  • Hands-one experience in building and delivering technical solutions (such as Power Platform, PowerApps, Power Automate, Blue Prism, SAP or similar tech platforms)
  • Other relevant certificates are a plus (such as RPA, project management, risk management, etc.)
  • Hands-on team player (m/f/d) with strong interpersonal skills and proactive and solutions-oriented cross-cultural approach
  • High learning ability and willingness to work on new topics
  • Communication, storytelling, motivating and enabling others, visualization and good presentation skills
