We are looking for a **Senior **Product Operations - Global Discovery (all genders),** to help us deliver a fantastic** Search Experience **in 70 countries. We power millions of search results per day across four continents to help our customers to find what they want and to make them happy.

**Your mission**:
- You lead, execute and own the Search Quality Rating Program:
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Analytics, Local Stakeholders, Data Scientists and a third-party tool provider to implement Search Quality Program
- Create and own reporting, communication and improvement of the Search Quality Program over time
- You proactively find areas for improvement backed up by data, are innovative in seeking the best solution and execute in a timely and considered manner
- You evaluate the overall search quality, usability and functionality of search results pages, including navigation, design, content and performance
- You benchmark and share insights/recommendations with product managers and stakeholders to ensure a state of the art product solutions for our customers
- You interact with and support our product leaders globally
- You support the roll-out of new products and features in your region, which are aimed at improving our users’ experience, business performance and operational efficiency
- Drive own OKRs and contribute actively to wider Product Support OKRs

**Your heroic skills**:
- 6+ years of experience working in web and mobile consumer products as a product/tech specialist, preferably in an e-commerce company
- A passion for building a great product & being successful with that product in the market
- Good understanding of software development processes and related tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro)
- Good analytical skills, ideally including SQL/BigQuery or a strong desire to learn
- Good understanding of APIs and tools like Datadog/Postman
- Highly motivated team player with exceptional stakeholder management skills, very pragmatic and agile in handling and leading topics independently
- Comfortable with a dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment being able to have an impact and influence early on
- Great communicator with excellent English language skills, able to get ideas across effectively and persuasively across a diverse set of stakeholders and peer
- Experience as a Search Quality Rater is a plus
