**About the role**:
We are looking for an ambitious **Venture Development **Intern (M/F/x) in Berlin, **ready to** unlock a new category of food delivery **and keen to work on **new solutions to deliver a modern culinary experience** to our customers
Backed by VCs like EQT & FoodLabs, and prepped with great knowledge in gastronomy and food delivery we are now looking for you **to join our Taste Hunter Team**
- Be an integral part of our **growth** phase and explore new business verticals**:

- Lead your **own projects & drive key initiatives**:

- Learn from **first-hand from **our founders** and get involved in all aspects of scaling an **early-stage food business**:

- ** No secrets and 100% insights**:

- You will develop forward-thinking, innovative operations initiatives to** boost efficiency** and **shape the future** of a young, mission-driven company.

**What you need to succeed**:

- A Bachelor’s or Master's degree (or in completion) at a top university with a focus on business or a related field
- First work experience in high-performance environments: food delivery or logistics startup, strategy consulting, investment banking, VC, or E-Commerce
- Entrepreneurial and problem-solving oriented mindset
- Strong hands-on attitude and willingness to take on various tasks inside and outside your field of expertise
- Strong communication skills - clear, concise, and persuasive in style
- Comfortable when making decisions using limited information and resources
- Fluency in English and German
- And of course: A passion for food
