DEINE AUFGABEN
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der mittel
- und langfristigen Personal
- und Kulturstrategie für unseren Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der Geschäftsstrategie des Unternehmens
- Führung und Entwicklung von Personal
- und Kulturfunktionen - Talent Attraction, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding, People Operations & Development, People Analytics & Processes, Workplace & IT Support
- Identifizierung und Umsetzung strategischer, hochwirksamer HR-Fokusthemen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Managementteam
- Strategischer Berater und Coach zur Weiterentwicklung der Organisation (z.B. Aufbau professioneller Strukturen und effizienter Entscheidungsprozesse)
- Implementierung und Steuerung von State-of-the-Art-Personalprozessen aus den Bereichen Planung, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, People & Organizational Development, Reward, Systems und Reporting
- Konzipieren, Implementieren und Steuern von Best-Practice-HR-Initiativen im gesamten Unternehmen, um die Strategie zum Erfolg zu führen und gleichzeitig konkurrierende Erwartungen zu managen
- Sicherstellung des Unternehmenswachstums durch Steuerung der internationalen Expansion in weitere Länder
- Gestaltung der Unternehmenskultur durch proaktives Einbringen der Vision, der Mission und der Werte des Unternehmens in das tägliche Leben aller Mitarbeiter

DEIN PROFIL
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Psychologie, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Personal
- oder Organisationsentwicklung
- Du bist idealerweise auch in den Bereichen Führungscoaching, Teamentwicklung ausgebildet und bringst fundierte Workshop-Moderationsfähigkeiten mit
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Gestaltung des Bereichs People & Culture in schnell wachsenden, dynamischen Organisationen mit mehr als 200 Mitarbeitenden und verfügst über ausgezeichnete arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse
- Du hast nachweislich Erfahrung im Aufbau von Personalrahmen (z.B. Niveauregulierung, Leistung, Weiterentwicklung, Lernen, Belohnung) und kannst klare Prinzipien vorweisen
- Du hast eine nachweisliche Erfolgsbilanz bei der Entwicklung effizienter, agiler Organisationsstrukturen
- Du verfolgst einen pragmatischen und zugleich analytischen Ansatz und verstehst es, strategisches Denken mit Prioritätensetzung und operativer Umsetzung in Einklang zu bringen
- Du stellst den Status quo ständig in Frage und bist bestrebt, skalierbare Prozesse zu entwickeln und zu optimieren
- Du bist ein starker Kommunikator über verschiedene Hierarchieebenen hinweg und verstehst es, ein starkes Teamgefühl und eine starke Kultur zu schaffen
