Das **Marriott Hotel in Berlin** mit seiner Kombination aus modernem Chic und klassischer Eleganz liegt direkt am Potsdamer Platz, dem Geschäftsviertel Berlins. Nur wenige Schritte von den Regierungsgebäuden, den meisten historischen und kulturellen Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie zum Beispiel dem Brandenburger Tor, dem Tiergarten und exklusiven Einkaufszentren entfernt.

Das **Berlin Marriott Hotel** zeichnen technische Innovationen in Kombination mit einem zeitlosen Innendesign aus. Das Businesshotel verfügt über 379 großzügige sowie modern ausgestattete Zimmer und Suiten. Des Weiteren umfasst das Haus zwei multifunktionale Konferenzsäle, zehn Meetingräume für bis zu 650 Personen, ein Businesscenter, die Marriott Executive Lounge, einen Wellness
- und Fitnessbereich sowie das „Midtown Grill“ Restaurant, der „The Big Dog“ Diner und eine Lobby-Bar.

- Leitung des Bankett
- & Cateringservice Teams
- Verantwortung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während und nach den Veranstaltungen
- Personalplanung und -führung in Kooperation mit dem F&B Manager
- Optimierung und Implementierung des Servicestandards auf höchstem Niveau
- Sicherstellung der Zufriedenheit unserer Gäste
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen

- Engagierte Führungskraft, die gerne selbständig und eigenverantwortlich arbeitet
- Fundierte Kenntnisse über betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen (Planung und Kontrolle von Umsatz

- Erste Erfahrung im optimalen Kostenmanagement sowie auch der Dienstplanüberwachung
- Organisierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Kommunikations
