Unser Hauptsitz in Offenburg liegt verkehrsgünstig an der A5 und ist auch von Karlsruhe und Straßburg aus gut zu erreichen.**Leipzig**
Unser Büro in Leipzig befindet sich in direkter Zentrumslage und fußläufig nur 1,5 km vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt.**Berlin**
Unser Büro in Berlin befindet sich nur 1,5 km vom Tiergarten entfernt und ist somit in idealer Zentrumslage.**Deine Aufgabenbereiche**:

- Du übernimmst das Active Sourcing für Tech-Positionen auf unseren E-Recruiting Kanälen
- Du führst das erste Telefoninterview mit unseren Kandidat*innen und triffst eine erste Vorauswahl
- Du verstehst unsere Prioritäten im Hiring und entwickelst darauf basierend unsere Active Sourcing Strategie weiter
- Du baust eigenständig einen Talent Pool auf und verwaltest unsere Talentnetzwerke
- Du unterstützt uns bei der Ideenfindung von innovativen Konzepten für unsere Employer Brand

**Unsere Anforderungen**:

- Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Recruiting/Active Sourcing sammeln
- Du hattest erste Berührungspunkte mit der Recruitierung von Tech-Kandidaten
- Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Sourcing-Techniken auf LinkedIn und XING
- Deine proaktive, strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus
- Du sprichst fließend Englisch und Deutsch
